Native Platinum Crystal Cube

This incredible and rare specimen of native platinum displays a group of slightly waterworn platinum cubes from the Konder Massif, Far Eastern Region, Russia. The native platinum exhibits a bright metallic luster and in some areas very sharp right angled crystals. The Konder Massif region is the only known reported area where platinum naturally develops into cubed crystals which makes specimens from this locality highly collectable and rare to acquire.
