Native Gold Crystal

The native gold here is a rare example of crystallized octahedral habits from Canada. The gold specimen exhibits hoppered growth with large flat crystal faces that have great luster. These large octahedral crystals are evident thorough the specimen displayed as large heavy crystals. The reverse side displays elongated gold crystals that developed into horizontal and vertical patterns with some areas appear to have hoppered crystal habits. The reverse side spinel twinned crystals habits are more visible.
