Cubed Pyrite with Crystalline Gold

This crystalline specimen is unique due to having crystallized pyrite in its matrix from this rare locality. The native gold displays leaf crystals which express flat lustrous faces with some having semi-triangular crystallized imprints on the surface. Overall the specimen is chunky with pyrite crystals scattered throughout. The color is very bright and displays a brilliant saturation of metallic yellow hue.
