Gold Leaf Crystal

This unusual gold specimen displays a thick leaf crystal slightly curved with a good saturation of color and brightness. The gold leaf crystal is attached to a dike matrix which is a mineral formed after colling magma and rarely seen together with gold. The surface of the native gold is robust and packed with complex growth striations.
