Elongated Native Silver Crystals on Calcite
Bouismas Mine, Agdz, Bou Azzer mining district, Zagora Province, Drâa-Tafilalet Region, Morocco
 
The silver on this specimen displays long crystals which follow a path straight through and across the specimen. The crystals are composed of a couple of enongated main formations with other smaller crystals that grow on top of the original larger crystals. The back side also displays large silver crystals of similar formations and are connected throughout. The native silver crystals, which appear on both sides of the specimen are part of a single crystallized growth and can be admired from both sides.
