This extraordinary gold specimen showcases complex, overlapping, and slightly curved wire crystals tightly clustered together. It's incredibly rare since the Manhattan Mine is no longer operational. The gold wires are visible from all sides, with shorter wire crystals on the back. The specimen is dense, exhibiting a rich buttery yellow color, with minor quartz matrix between the lustrous gold crystals. In some areas, the gold has crystallized into a starburst effect, with thick gold wires radiating outward in a star pattern. This wire gold specimen is an outstanding example from this locality.
