Crystallized Native Gold on Quartz

This rich and highly aesthetic gold specimen displays clusters of small crystallized gold crystals forming thick branches protruding from the quartz matrix. The crystalline gold is bright with lustrous golden faces scattered throughout the specimen. The gold crystal habits exhibits modified octahedral and in some areas thick modified dendritic crystals. The native gold is visible on all sides of the quartz matrix being very displayable on any side. The light reddish white quartz matrix makes the gold pop out from its matrix and is very showy.
