Gold Nugget

This spectacularly rich gold specimen displays an absolute saturation of buttery yellow color with appealing crystallization in some areas. Its golden surface is mostly smooth on its edges with textured crystallization in between that display good luster. In some areas small quartz is scattered attached to the gold matrix is still attached to the gold enhancing its natural beauty. Many of the original crystallized structures still remain such as short crystals branching out from its sides with worn edges. Gold from this locality is quite rare and this example is a great representation.
