Crystallized Gold on Quartz

This very aesthetic native gold specimen displays incredibly well crystallized gold majestically formed in crystallized quartz pockets of the mineralized quartz matrix. The gold is mostly dendritic with short very lustrous crystals branching out in complex and overlapping fashion. The gold is displayed on all sides of the quartz matrix with some complex transparent crystal points terminated on its sides. Gold with such high luster is very rare from Mexico and often seen as nugget form. The gold specimen can be displayed on either side and displays even beauty. It’s a perfect contrast with the white quartz makes this native gold specimen very desirable. This gold specimen is a rare example of beautifully formed quartz crystals with gold crystals from the hot Sonora Desert of Mexico.
