The Colorado Quartz Mine is world famous amongst mineral collectors and produces some of the better crystallized gold specimen of any locality. This rare specimen is a unique example of leaf gold with many striations on its surface. The gold specimen is complex and three dimensional with right angled leafy crystals shown all throughout the matrix. Every angleof the specimen is different and makes for a great display specimen on either side. Native gold from this historic mine is a must have for any mineral collector.
